2. Acceptance

By using the website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Medical services are provided on the basis of documents signed at the clinic (contract, treatment plan, informed consent).

3. Information only

The information on the website is for general information only and is not a diagnosis, medical advice or a binding offer. A proper assessment requires a consultation with a dentist. Images are for illustration.

4. Appointments

• A request sent via the form, WhatsApp, Viber, phone or email becomes an appointment only once the clinic confirms it.
• Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• If you are significantly late, your visit may be shortened or rescheduled so that other patients are not delayed.
• Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Prices and payment

• The first consultation is free and includes an examination and a proposed treatment plan.
• The cost of treatment is set individually after the consultation and stated in your treatment plan before any work begins. The information on the website is not a public offer.
• Additional investigations recommended at the consultation (e.g. X-rays) are charged separately; their cost is communicated in advance and they are carried out only with your agreement.
• Quoted prices include applicable taxes and are in Moldovan lei (MDL). Payment is by cash or card; staged payment can be agreed for complex treatment.

6. Informed consent and treatment outcomes

Before procedures, the dentist explains the diagnosis, treatment options, benefits, risks and alternatives, and you give your informed consent in accordance with patients’ rights legislation. Outcomes also depend on individual factors (general health, oral hygiene, following recommendations), so medicine cannot guarantee a specific result — only the correct application of treatment methods.

7. Warranty on dental work

We provide a warranty on fillings, prosthetic work and implants. The warranty period and conditions are set out in the treatment plan / contract and depend on good oral hygiene, following the dentist’s recommendations and attending check-ups. The warranty does not cover issues caused by trauma, failure to follow recommendations or general health conditions that arise later.

8. Intellectual property

The website content (texts, photos, the Apple Dent logo, graphics) belongs to Apple Dent SRL or is used lawfully, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is error-free or that the website will always be available. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessed via links. This limitation concerns only the information on the website, applies to the extent permitted by law and does not affect the clinic’s liability for the medical services it provides.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We always try to resolve any disagreement amicably first — email us at appledent.sd@gmail.com. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency (consumator.gov.md). Failing an amicable solution, disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update and applies from the date of publication.
